Schoharie Central School District marked its 184th annual commencement on Saturday, June 29, when 64 members of the Class of 2019 walked the stage and received their diplomas.

Families, friends, SCS staff and faculty joined together in the high school gym for a graduation ceremony featuring the high school band, speeches by student leaders, Principal Kevin Calacone and agriculture teacher David Marbot, and songs by the seniors. Principal Calacone presented a special dedication for students entering the military.

Awards and diplomas were presented by Principal Calacone, Superintendent David Blanchard and Board of Education President Marion Jaqueway.
