We understand that some of our families have been having trouble with Go Math.
We have reached out to ThinkCentral tech support regarding these issues and received the following suggestions:
- Google Chrome and Firefox are the only web browsers that will work. These browsers are free to download if you do not have them already.
- Pop-up blockers should also be disabled.
- The Tech Support phone number is 1-800-323-9239.
- Once a video is viewed by a student, all questions need to be answered before they submit their work. To do this, they need to click the “Turn It In” button in the lower right of the screen.
- If students are trying to bypass the video lesson or certain questions, the website may not register that they completed the assignment.
