Please remember to submit the daily COVID screening form for each student that is attending Schoharie CSD every morning.
We recommend that families save the district website as a bookmark on your phone’s home screen or on your computer. This will enable you to access the tool with just one click. The screening tool itself can also be bookmarked on your phone’s home screen or on your computer.
For students, the daily temperature check and online screening questionnaire linked above must be completed by all students attending in-person learning at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled transportation pick-up or arrival at school if self-transported.
For Jr./Sr. High School students, it must be completed by 7:30 a.m.
For Elementary School students, it must be completed by 8:30 a.m. We’ve found we need more time to communicate to teachers who was screened or not.
Please ensure you enter your child(ren)’s name correctly.
For Elementary students, (grades pre-k through 5) you must select the proper name of your child’s teacher of us to be ale to see that child’s screening was approved.
