More than three dozen Schoharie and Berne-Knox-Westerlo high school students headed north Feb. 3-4 through a trip sponsored by the SCS travel club. The 29 Schoharie students and 11 BKW students visited the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival, Lake Placid and Montreal.
Students toured Montreal with a local guide, visited Mount Royal and Saint Joseph’s Oratory, Notre-Dame Basilica and the Underground City, and learned about Montreal’s history, architecture and culture.
