Odyssey of the Mind meeting set for Nov. 23

Odyssey of the Mind is open to all Schoharie students in Grades K -12 and the program provides opportunities for various talents and skills to be used to explore new ways of thinking, creating, and accomplishing unique solutions.

Odyssey of the Mind (OM™) teaches children how to develop and use their own creativity to become problem-solvers. 

In this extracurricular activity, where small groups of students learn how to think divergently by working as a team to solve an open-ended problem. As part of the Odyssey of the Mind program, students learn creativity, innovation, problem-solving, critical thinking, global awareness, interpersonal and collaborative communication skills, self-direction, and adaptability.

The below link is the Registration Form for the 2021-22 season, please use this link to express your interest in having your child placed on a team. Teams will be developed and will start meeting soon to work on creating a solution to compete in the annual Regional Competition in March.
